Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Schon bevor der Urlaub begonnen hat, hat Jean-Pierre auf sämtliche Fragen von uns direkt geantwortet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, was sich auch bei der Ankunft wiederspiegelte. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen, danach gab es eine Hausführung inkl Einweisung und zur Begrüßung Champagner. Sogar das erste Frühstück wurde von den Gastgebern organisiert. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, konnten wir Jean-Pierre direkt kontaktieren und er war sofort zur Stelle. Ansonsten hat man von den Gastgebern nichts mitbekommen, sehr diskret und überaus zuvorkommend. Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.   Sabine F. Deutschland, Juin 2023

Des hôtes Charmants, des vacances parfaites

Avant même le début des vacances, Jean-Pierre a répondu directement à toutes nos questions. Hôtes très sympathiques, ce qui s’est également reflété à l’arrivée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, puis il y a eu une visite guidée de la maison comprenant des instructions et du champagne en guise de bienvenue. Même le premier petit déjeuner a été organisé par les hôtes. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement à l’aise. Si nous avions une question, nous pouvions contacter Jean-Pierre directement et il était immédiatement sur place. Nous n’avons remarqué de la part des hôtes, très discrets et extrêmement accommodants. Maison sublime

Que dire… le paradis sur terre tout simplement! La maison est absolument sublime, très moderne et fonctionnelle. La piscine à débordement et cette vue mer à couper le souffle en font un endroit paradisiaque. Jean-Pierre et Marie-Christine ont été aux petits soins malgré notre arrivée très tardive le premier jour. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et avons grandement apprécié ces quelques jours. Traumhaus für Familie !… 5/5

Das Haus ist sehr modern und verfügt über vieles, was den Urlaub unvergesslich macht: toller Sicht aufs Meer, cooler infinity Pool, Bar am Pool, Tischtennis undBasketball, schöne Terrasse, sehr schön eingerichtete Küche, tolle Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten, schnelles Wlan, fussnähe zu Tennisplätze, toller Garten,… Die Gastgeber Christine und Jean-Pierre sind sehr nett und haben für uns einige netten Gesten gehabt, was man nicht so erwartet. Carquerainne ist ideal situiert zwischen Toulon und St Tropez… wandern, wassersport, kultur, bootstouren,…alles möglich, je nach Geschmack! Wir kommen wieder.

La maison est très moderne et a beaucoup de choses qui rendent les vacances inoubliables : superbe vue sur la mer, piscine à débordement, bar au bord de la piscine, tennis de table et basket-ball, belle terrasse, cuisine très joliment meublée, grandes chambres avec de très bons lits, Wifi rapide, à distance de marche des courts de tennis, grand jardin,.. Les hôtes Christine et Jean-Pierre sont très gentils et ont eu de beaux gestes pour nous, ce à quoi vous ne vous attendez pas. Carqueiranne est idéalement située entre Toulon et St Tropez… randonnée, sports nautiques, culture, excursions en bateau ,.. tout est possible, selon vos goûts ! Nous reviendrons. Laurent H. Fantastic property to gather friends and relax poolside ! *****

A group of 3 adult couples rented this home for 5 days to rest and relax after a river cruise and some busy days in Nice. This home is beautiful- laid out for privacy but has an open kitchen and living area. Outside dining table with lighting to enjoy evening meals outside. The pool area is lovely with lounge chairs, a large covered cabana with seating, fridge and coffee maker. The hosts Jean – Pierre and Christine are charming. They were present when we checked in – showed us around inside and out and we’re available for questions during our stay. They live in a separate area of the house and did not intrude in our stay. It is a short 15 minutes walk to the town with services and restaurants. Sandy beaches are nearby. A fantastic property for friends to gather and relax poolside.  Janet R. Canada – Septembre 2022

Jean-Pierre and Christine are excellent hosts who cannot do enough for you, without being overbearing. The Villa is spotlessly clean with everything you could ask for provided. The pool is wonderful and again, everything is provided to make you comfortable. The Villa is a 3 minute drive from the town square and 5-6mins from the port/beach. All can be comfortably walked in 20 minutes. We would not hesitate in coming back to stay here again. Chris F. England – Août 2022 

Tolles Haus, nette Gastgeber *****

Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderbar.  Alles sehr sauber. Es stehen Handtücher für das Bad und den Pool zur Verfügung, die bei längerem Aufenthalt gewechselt werden. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet – es fehlt an rein gar nichts. Der elektronische Tischgrill funktioniert einwandfrei und man kann ihn für verschiedene Zwecke nutzen (wir haben z.B. klassisch gegrillt, aber auch Wraps darauf zubereitet). Die Gastgeber wohnen in der Wohnung drüber und stehen jederzeit für Fragen oder bei Problemen zur Verfügung. Check-in und Checkout waren völlig  problemlos. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer !… Ein wirklich schöner Ort, die Zimmer sind groß und es gibt viel Platz für jeden. Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderbare Sicht , sehr reaktiver und präsenter Vermieter. Für Paare welche Privatsphäre und auch die Gemeinsamkeit mit Freunden geniessen wollen ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Situation très calme, vue magnifique, propriétaires très réactifs et discrets. Pour les couples qui veulent profiter de l’intimité et de la convivialité avec des amis, cet hébergement est parfait. B. Vacances au Top !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille très agréables. La villa est propre, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Je conseille vraiment cette villa pour des séjours en famille ou avec des amis. J-P T, Août 2021 France

Maison super moderne – Super Modernes haus

Maison super moderne située à flanc de colline, un étage pour vous-même. Vous ne remarquez rien du couple, tout est très détendu. Des lits très confortables. Un équipement formidable et moderne. Superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Très calme – mais la boulangerie ou le restaurant est à seulement 3 minutes en voiture. Nous avons même prolongé un autre jour. Parfait. //

Super modernes Haus auf dem berghang gelegen, eine Etage für dich ganz alleine. Oben etwas verdeckt wohnt das Pärchen. Man bekommt nichts von ihnen mit, alles sehr entspannt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle und moderne Ausstattung. Genialer Ausblick von der Terrasse oder aus dem Badezimmer 🙂 Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist der Bäcker oder das Restaurant nur 3‘ mit dem Auto entfernt. Séjour au calme avec un point de vue exceptionnel 10/10

Jean-Pierre et son épouse nous ont réservé un excellent accueil dans leur superbe propriété.Les suites sont très bien équipées avec une déco moderne et très tendance; tout est très bien pensé pour procurer indépendance, luminosité et bien être.Toutes les pièces étaient dans un parfait état de propreté, et les mesures sanitaires irréprochables : du 10/10 ! La terrasse-piscine est très grande, agréable, et la vue est imprenable sur la mer… même depuis le pool-house qui procure l’ombre indispensable à certains moments de la journée. Enfin, nous tenons à insister sur la tranquillité de cette maison et du quartier, mais également sur la discrétion des propriétaires qui nous ont réservé l’exclusivité de la piscine durant l’intégralité de notre séjour. Une location à recommander “les yeux fermés” idéalement située pour visiter les îles d’Hyères. R.C France / Séjour en famille / Sept. 2020

We had a great time as a big family

We had a wonderful stay in Jean-Pierre’s house. From the very first moment we felt at home- It was spotlessly clean, spacious, fully equipped. We laked nothing. Jean-Pierre and his wife are great hosts – always helpful, very discreet and available for a glass of wine in the garden. We had a fantastic week in the villa “Regard sur mer”

Everything was in reality as it was described … or even better/nicer ! The swimming pool is just perfect and gives a splendid view over the village.The kitchen is fully-equiped, airco in all the rooms, great showers, very good beds. Very close to perfection ! L. G, (Belgique) July 2020

Villa très bien équipée, très bon accueil

Jean Pierre et sa femme Christine nous ont très bien accueilli dans leur magnifique villa, idéalement située entre Toulon et Hyères, à proximité des plages et commerces (15 min en voiture). La villa est très bien équipée, vous ne manquerez de rien! De même avec des enfants/bébés, tout y est! La vue, la piscine, le magnifique jardin paysager sont un vrai paradis pour se relaxer. Les chambres, toutes indépendantes avec leur salle de bain, ont une vue imprenable et sont très confortables. Tout est pensé avec gout. Un grand merci pour ce séjour et le petit déjeuner offert for appréciable du dimanche matin! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Amazing villa !…

Jean-Pierre and his wife Christine have an amazing villa. We were 7 people staying for 3 nights having the full lower floor, garden and pool area for ourselves (they were staying upstairs). Super nice rooms, large, stylish, clean and well equipped. Great kitchen and utensils and table for eating outdoors. Marvellous pool with view over an ocean view. Very easy going couple, super discrete and respectful during the whole stay. Any issues during the stay and they help you out. Well-situated for excursions in the area, but a car is good to have. Maison très agréable et bien aménagée avec une vue splendide et un beau jardin paysagé. Tout est conforme à la description de l’annonce. Magnifique grande piscine face à la mer. L’accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique . À noter également leur discrétion durant le séjour. Carqueiranne est une station calme et pittoresque.
Nous aurons le plaisir d’y retourner en Août 2020.

Beautiful apartment with lots of space, beautiful view, nice and curteous hosts 5/5

The apartment offers 4 separate rooms with private bathrooms and a fantastic view of Carqueiranne and the sea. Very clean and neat. The Infinity Pool is great. The hosts were super nice. For the first evening there was already wine and champagne in the fridge. The breakfast on the first morning was on the house. Absolute recommendation. Gladly again.

Traumhafte Unterkunft 5/5

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch, toller Meerblick und ein 16 x 4 m Infinity Pool vom Feinsten. Sehr hochwertige und vollständige Ausstattung, hier fehlt es an nichts. Jedes Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll im eigenen Stil eingerichtet und alle sind mit einem separaten und modernen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Die offene Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Induktionsfeld, Mikrowelle und Backofen komplett. Sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist vorhanden, falls jemand waschen möchte. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind natürlich auch noch da. Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine schöne Sitzguppe mit großem Tisch und 8 Stühlen, unmittelbar daneben befindet sich ein Gasgrill und ein großer Sonnenschirm. Das Grundstück ist terrassenförmig angelegt, auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich der Pool-Bereich mit Sonnenliegen und einer überdachten Sitzecke. Dann noch ein Wort zum Vermieter: sehr nette Vermieter, die gerne auch Tipps geben zur Freizeitgestaltung in der näheren Umgebung. Hierfür vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Priser. Gute Restaurants findet man im Ort, nach Hyères sind mit dem Auto gerade einmal 10 Minuten vom Haus aus.
